Chuck Cox is allowed to break the ground for the Angel Statue site, with the cerimonial First Shovel of dirt…er…sod. (it was easier then actually using a shovel)
We have approval for the site plan, work began this week. Those who have volunteered their labor in design, construction, materials most of whom are providing services or materials at cost or as donations, tell us they intend to make this happen in time for the December 6th vigil.
